Compiled on this page are 19 "tribute" anthologies (13 shown in the photo), anthologies of stories written or gathered to honor a particular author or editor. Some of these were compiled following their subject's death, including the first two, Harry Harrison's Astounding in honor of the editor John W. Campbell, who died in 1971, and Beth Meacham's Terry's Universe, in honor of editor Terry Carr, who died in 1987.
Several later books were published to honor writers while still alive: Isaac Asimov, Ray Bradbury, Jack Williamson, Charles L. Grant, Jack Vance, Frederik Pohl, Gene Wolfe, Robert Silverberg, Samuel R. Delany.
Most of these anthologies are of original stories written in the spirit of their subjects, sometimes riffing off themes or even particular stories. The books honoring Kipling, Dick, and Clarke were however composed of reprinted stories, and several of the mostly-original volumes also included one or more reprints.
Four other volumes noted, but not compiled in the combined TOC below, are:
Robert Bloch: Appreciations of the Master, edited by Richard Matheson and Ricia Mainhardt (1997), with many essays by others, but otherwise a collection of stories by Bloch [isfdb];
So It Goes: A Tribute to Kurt Vonnegut, edited by Max Booth III (2013) [isfdb]
Octavia's Brood: Science Fiction Stories from Social Justice Movements, edited by Adrienne Maree Brown and Walidah Imarisha (2015) [isfdb]
and the two-volume A Tribute to H.G. Wells, Stories Inspired by the Master of Science Fiction edited by Brian and Derrick Belanger (2019) [isfdb]
The TOC for The Unquiet Dreamer is taken from PS Publishing.
Most frequent contributors to these 19 anthologies: Gregory Benford and Robert Silverberg (8 each), Poul Anderson (7), Mike Resnick (6), Gene Wolfe (5, including two in his own tribute anthology).
Astounding: John W. Campbell Memorial Anthology, Harry Harrison, ed. (Random House, 1973)
